Weekly backups
Every site, every tier, backed up weekly. If something breaks, there's a recent version to restore.
SSL
Every site is served over HTTPS, regardless of tier. This isn't an upsell.
A same-business-day response window
Every tier gets the same response time when you write in. Tiers differ in scope, never in how fast you're heard.
No lock-in
Stop paying and you get a 14-day grace period, then a full zip-file handover with setup instructions, hostable anywhere. Nothing here is held hostage.
What hosting covers, whichever tier you build on.
Hosting sits alongside the build, not inside a tier’s price. It’s optional on every tier: take the build, host it wherever you like, and nothing here stops working. If you do take it, it’s priced per tier — a one-page Footing site costs less to keep running than a Keystone site with bookings and a chatbot behind it — and it’s billed annually, in one invoice, not month to month. What it covers is the same at every tier: uptime monitoring, security patches, SSL, and weekly backups.
Hosting is never required to buy a build, and it can start or stop without affecting the site you already paid for. The per-tier monthly figures are on the pricing page.
