PRICING

Four tiers, in order.

Footing, Post, Beam, Keystone: each one is what has to exist before the next can hold weight. Pick by how many pages you need and what the site has to do, not by status.

Every headline price here is a one-time build price, in USD. Hosting is an optional add-on, priced per tier and listed on each card — nothing here requires it, and you can take the build and host it anywhere you like. Sthuna is not GST-registered, so no tax is added. Indian clients: write in for INR pricing. Every tier gets a reply the same business day when you write in — tiers differ only in scope, never in how fast you hear back.

À LA CARTE

Work after launch.

Every tier price above covers the build itself. Anything you want changed or added after launch is billed at a flat $149/hour, one-hour minimum, in 15-minute increments after that. One rate for every job, whether it’s a text swap or a new page — no per-task price list to argue over. I scope the work and confirm the figure with you before any of it starts.

PAYMENT

How payment works.

Every build is split 50/50: half to start, half on launch. The split scales to whichever tier you choose — $500 / $499 on Footing, $600 / $599 on Post, $1,250 / $1,249 on Beam, $2,500 / $2,499 on Keystone.

Three rounds of build revisions are included on every tier; each additional round after that is $50.

Payment is by Razorpay payment link, sent after we’ve scoped the work. There’s no checkout on this site. You talk to me first.

Prices are in USD. Sthuna is not GST-registered, so no tax is added; if registration becomes required later, tax may apply to future invoices.

Indian clients can write in for INR pricing.

Refunds: cancel before design work starts and the full deposit comes back. Cancel during design and 25% of your build price is refunded. After design sign-off, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance falls due on launch. Figures scale to whichever tier’s build price applies. Full refund policy →

Hosting is optional and billed separately from the build. If you take it, it’s billed annually in one invoice, not month to month, and can be started or stopped without touching what you already paid for the build. Miss a hosting payment and there’s a 14-day grace period before the site comes down. Either way — hosted with me or not — you get the full site as a zip file, ready to host anywhere, and every site gets weekly backups and SSL regardless of tier.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What do I actually own at the end?

Everything. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and you get the full source code: not a license to use it, the actual files.

How long does a build take?

It depends on scope: a straightforward brochure site moves faster than one with bookings or a service catalogue. You'll get a firm delivery date once I've scoped your pages, not a generic estimate.

What if I want changes after launch?

Your tier's price covers the build itself, so work after launch is billed separately, at a flat $149/hour with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after that. Tell me what you want changed and I'll scope it and confirm the figure in writing before anything starts — no work happens until you've agreed to it.

Can I move the site elsewhere later?

Yes, any time, hosted with me or not. You get the full code, and it runs wherever you put it. Nothing here is proprietary or locked to me.

What happens if I stop paying for hosting?

You get 14 days from the missed payment before the site goes down. Any time before or during that window, you can ask for the handover: the full code as a zip, with setup instructions, so you can host it yourself or move it elsewhere.

Do you write the content?

You send me the raw material (notes, bullet points, whatever you've got) and I structure and edit it into finished copy for the site. If you'd rather write the final copy yourself, that works too.

What if the site goes down?

I don't publish an uptime number because I don't have measured data to back one up, and a number I can't stand behind isn't worth much. What's real: every site has weekly backups, so recovery is straightforward. Email me and I'll fix it.
